Things To Do

Covadonga

Covadonga

Covadonga, AS 33589, Spain

This place is truly magnificent. The beauty of nature is captured so perfectly here! It is also where one of our kings is buried. Truly looks like it’s straight out from a movie or magazine.

Porto

Porto

Porto, Porto District, Portugal

This place holds a special place in our hearts. A random find found by Sandra during travel planing, turned into the most magical proposal spot! The culture, the food, the atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed! They are known for their beautiful bright colored tiles, sea food (especially sardines), and Natas! It’s about 5-6 hour drive from Asturias. Fun fact, it’s 1 hour behind than in Spain!

Roman bridge in Cangas de Onis

Roman bridge in Cangas de Onis

s/n Puente Romano, Cangas de Onís, Asturias 33550, Spain

This is one of the most iconic bridges in the area, and one you will probably see in photos when you look up Asturias. It is a 14th century bridge with the most beautiful backdrop of nature. This is located very close to Covadonga and worth a quick trip over for some scenic photos!

Los Picos de Europa Parque Nacional

Los Picos de Europa Parque Nacional

This incredibly gorgeous National Park spans across 3 northern states. It even spans and includes our wedding ceremony location in Covadonga! It is incredibly breathtaking and worth a visit if you are staying in the area longer!!

For all the days along the way
