Can we bring our kids?

Since our venue is aboard a boat, and safety is our top priority, we’ve decided to keep this celebration adults-only. We hope you'll take this as a chance to enjoy a well-deserved night off — to relax, dress up, and celebrate with us in style! 💃🍸

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation says “+1,” then yes! If not, we’re keeping things intimate due to space, but we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

What should we wear?

Smart casual in cozy fall colors is just right! Need inspiration? Just Google “Smart Casual in Fall Colors” and you’ll get the idea. Aim for comfortable, celebratory, and boat-friendly — heels are welcome, but maybe skip the stilettos. 🌊✨

Will the ceremony and reception be on the boat?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place on the boat. Once we set sail, we’ll be out on the water until the end of the evening — so don’t be late, or you might miss the boat (literally!). 🚢

What time should we arrive?

We embark at 5:30 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time. The boat won’t wait — and we want everyone on board before the festivities begin! ⏰

Food and drinks?

Answer

Absolutely! Expect a full spread of delicious food, drinks, and desserts — An array of bite-sized servings. Once we embark, the bar will be open — so raise a glass and toast to love, laughter, and smooth sailing 🍽🥂

Is there parking near the venue?

Answer

What if I get seasick?

Answer

if you’re prone to motion sickness, we suggest taking medication beforehand — just in case. The waters are usually calm, but it never hurts to be prepared. ⚓💊 We will have Dremamine Non-Drowsy and basic first aid kit. This can all be found by the Audio Guest Book!

What’s the weather plan?

Answer

We do not expect any rain. But Texas weather is unpredictable. We will watch the forecast and will provide a different venue in the same relative area at least 5 days before the wedding date!

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

NOPE. Mostly cocktail tables and plenty of seats facing the skyline. Indoor seats are on the lower deck.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

There will be music, there will be a dance floor... but no formal dancing is expected (especially not from the couple — you’re more likely to see them at the dessert table hogging the donuts). But if the spirit moves you, by all means — dance like nobody’s watching. Or lead the unofficial dance floor! 💃🕺🍰

What's the bathroom situation?

There are two on the lower deck. Both the men's and women's bathrooms are ADA compliant.
