What time is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled for 1:45pm and the reception starts by 5pm. All guests should be seated shortly after the ceremony start time and seated 30 minutes before the reception start time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code. Guests can dress as comfortably as they wish but should still look appropriate for the occasion.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The wedding will be indoor. The venue however does have an outdoor option.

What happens after the ceremony is over?

Answer

Right after the ceremony, the wedded couple and immediate family will take photos. All guests should be seated in the reception room approximately 30 minutes after ceremony.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Babies and extremely young kids ages 1 to 4 are welcome to attend. No other age group of children can attend (except children who are included in invites)

Will there be transport provided?

Answer

There will be no transport for the wedding but the ceremony and reception will take place in the same area. The venue is located right by a busy road so locating an Uber/Lyft won’t be an issue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel and event rooms/halls are connected. Both are in one extended building.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue (self-parking)

How do I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP is located in the middle of the homepage. It can also be found under the drop-down menu (top right of the homepage). After selecting RSVP, scroll down and type your first and last name/full name in the search bar to find your reserved name then click ‘continue.’ After seeing your reserved name, tap ‘select.’ Next, choose whether you ‘will attend’ or ‘will not attend’ then simply click ‘submit’
