Matron of Honor
Alex is Sandra’s beautiful daughter and has known Nate since she was 14. I’m extremely close to my daughter and very excited to have her as my Matron of Honor. Alex just got married herself last year so it’s nice to be able to borrow some things from her wedding to save me some money! She’s also the mother to my precious granddaughter who is the flower girl.
Mary Beth Clark
Bridesmaid
Sandra has been best friends with Mary Beth for 40 years! We’ve known each other since 5th grade. Mary Beth was the Maid of Honor at my first wedding and that didn’t work out, so I thought I better ask someone else this time. Lol. All kidding aside, I am very honored that Mary Beth has agreed to stand up for me again.
Tehra Pratt
Bridesmaid
Sandra met Tehra through baseball. Nate’s son, Brock, and Tehra’s son, Carter, played on the same team. We bonded at the games and became great friends off the field. We are now also neighbors! I’m so grateful to have Tehra in my life and as part of my wedding day. Sadly, Tehra passed away on March 7. We are extremely heartbroken that she won’t be there physically, but we know that she will be watching from above on our wedding day. She was so excited about Nate and I getting married.
Michelle Findley
Bridesmaid
Michelle is Sandra’s sista from another mista! I’ve know Michelle for 33 years. She’s my ex sister-in-law, but we’ve remained extremely close and someone I consider one of my dearest friends. She was also a bridesmaid in my first wedding, but I thought I would give her one more chance to get it right for me this time 😁. We’re very excited to have her be a part of our big day.
Baylee Davis
Bridesmaid
Baylee is Nate’s 14 year old daughter. We’ve become close and I consider her like one of my own. In fact, we’ve had several people over the years say that she looks just like me. We keep teasing her that she looks more and more Asian all the time. 😂. Love this girl! We are very excited to have her as part of our special day.
Miyah Greenlaw
Flower Girl
Miyah is Sandra’s sweet, energetic, beautiful, 5 year old granddaughter! Miyah has been a flower girl in two other weddings so she definitely knows what she’s doing. I can’t wait to see her throwing rose petals down the aisle at our wedding. We’re so excited to have her as part of our big day.
Craig Pokaluk
Best Man
Nate has known Craig for 44 years. They grew up living close to each other and went to high school and college together. They continue exchanging best man duties as a challenge to see who can get it right first. 😁. We are excited to have Craig as part of our wedding. Just don’t mess it up this time! LOL.
Brian Smith
Groomsman
Nate met Brian through playing poker. Now they’re scuba diving buddies and have been taking trips to some very exotic countries to dive. They also have frequent lunch meetings to discuss matters of great importance. 😉. We are happy to have Brian as part of our big day.
Troy Pratt
Groomsman
Nate met Troy through baseball. Even though Nate’s son no longer plays baseball, he still gets his fix by helping Troy coach his younger son, Ayden’s team. We’re also neighbors and hang out quite often at each other’s houses. We are very excited to have Troy be a part of our wedding day.
Shane Johnson
Groomsman
Nate has known Shane since grade school. They worked together at Oceans of Fun during the summers and went to different colleges, but have remained good friends. Shane moved back to Smithville from Colorado three years ago and bought the house right across the street from us because he just couldn’t stay away from Nate. 😃. Shane and Nate have played in the same Fantasy Football League since the beginning 26 years ago. Even after all this time, Shane has yet to win a championship while Nate has hoisted the trophy 11 times. We are happy to have Shane as part of our big day.
Kelly Edwards
Groomsman
Nate has known Kelly ever since grade school. They played football and were in track together. They played softball for several summers together as well. Kelly has also played in the same Fantasy Football League since the beginning of the league 26 years ago and has yet to grasp that elusive championship trophy that Nate has won 11 times. 🏆. We are excited to have Kelly be a part of our special day.
Corey Findley
Usher
Corey is Sandra’s handsome son and met Nate when he was a senior in high school. Corey and Nate share a love of sports and have lively conversations about them at our family get-togethers. The one thing they disagree about, though, is Corey’s love of the St. Louis Cardinals. Go Royals! In addition to being an usher, Corey will also be walking Sandra down the aisle! We are excited to have him be a part of our special day.
Brock Davis
Usher
Brock is Nate’s son. Brock is a senior in high school and plans to attend Northwest Missouri State University in the fall, Nate’s alma mater. Go Bearcats! We are happy to have Brock be part of our big day.
Michael Hickman
Officiant
We are honored to have Michael as our officiant for the wedding. We have known Michael and his wife, Tarryn, for several years. Nate coaches their oldest son in baseball. We are also neighbors, and our families hang out at each other’s houses, as well as attend concerts and other events together. We are excited to have Michael as such an important part of our wedding day.
