For the wedding day the dress code is Formal Attire. We invite everyone to dress in soft, romantic, and earthy tones that complement the Tuscan countryside. Think champagne, warm neutrals, sage and olive greens, terracotta, clay, and rich browns. Antique gold accents are welcome. Please avoid bright white, stark black, cool grays, or bold saturated colors. Soft fabrics like silk, satin, linen, or chiffon are encouraged for a timeless, candle-lit look. The bridesmaids will be champagne and the groomsmen in chocolate brown. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, or bridal shades — we promise the bride already has that covered. For other events throughout the weekend, we recommend polished but comfortable attire — Italian chic always wins. For more dress code information - please refer to the Schedule tab and the individual event.
Wear shoes you can comfortably walk and dance in. Style points matter — but comfort matters too.
Florence or Rome both work well — choose whichever best fits your itinerary.
We recognize that an international destination wedding is a significant investment. A reasonable budget for the trip is approximately $1,700–$4,000 per person, depending on travel choices. Please know that your presence — in any form — means the world to us. We are happy to share tips and recommendations to help make planning as easy as possible. Below is a possible break down per person: Roundtrip flight: $700-$1,000 (for economy) Rental Car or roundtrip transportation to venue: $200-$600 (depending on length) Hotels: $600-$1,350 (depending on room and length of stay) Spending Money: $200-infinity For the above, the minimum spend would be $1,700 if you were to come just for the wedding weekend. Travel fees vary significantly based on preference.
By Car From Florence or Rome, take the A1 Highway and exit at Valdichiana / Bettolle. Continue toward Perugia, then exit at Montepulciano / Cortona. From there, a taxi will take you directly to the hotel. Closest airports Florence Airport (FLR) – approx. 131 km away from the venue.
