What is the dress code at the Lodge at Union League Liberty Hill?

Answer

While Sandra and Ethen are all about comfort, the Lodge unfortunately has a dress code. In all dining and meeting areas of the Lodge there is a Smart Casual dress code. No ripped clothing, hats, sneakers or flip flops. Smart Casual is defined as neat and presentable (i.e., collared shirts for men, dark denim).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the Lodge at Liberty Hill is free. Parking at the Marriott Philadelphia West is also free.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Lodge at Liberty Hill, all wedding weekend events will be walkable on the property. If you are staying at the Marriott Philadelphia West, Lyft ride share codes will be provided to and from the Marriott and the Lodge.

Are there still rooms available at the Lodge at Liberty Hill?

Answer

There are still several rooms available the night of our wedding at the Lodge (Saturday October 8th). However, at this time, Friday October 7th is fully booked. We have secured an additional hotel block for the weekend at The Marriott Philadelphia West for anyone who cannot secure a room at the Lodge. If you are able to get a room at the Lodge on Saturday but not Friday, we encourage you to come join us at the Lodge on Saturday. If you are only able to get a room at the Marriott Philadelphia West, Lyft ride share codes will be provided for transportation to and from the Marriott and Lodge.
