Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, we kindly request that all guests RSVP by July 25th. You can do this by visiting the RSVP section of our website or by sending us a text message to (571)499-2151.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue exact numbers by a certain date, so please don't RSVP late!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony; we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag, #LuvAtFirstDance, so that we can see them, too!

Can I bring a date?

We are at capacity with our venue, which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation

Are kids invited?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we decided to keep our wedding celebration an adult-only event with the exception of the little ones in our bridal party/immediate family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our special day. The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. No jeans or white attire please!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Jordan Spring Estate.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive around 4:30 pm to ensure you get enough time to park and find your seat.

Is there an open bar during the Reception?

Answer

We are having an open bar with wine and beer only. However, Cocktails are available at the cash bar.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving light appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner and, of course, dessert. We are hosting the beer and wine.

Are there any dietary restrictions or allergies that the couple should be aware of?

Yes, there is free parking available at the venue

Yes, we have arranged for a block of rooms at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham. Please book your room by August 12th. To receive the special rate. Visit the "Where to stay" section of our website for more information and alternative options.

Is there a backup plan in case of inclement weather?

Answer

Yes, we have a contingency plan in place. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor location at the venue. Rest assured, we will make every effort to ensure the celebration goes on smoothly.
