Day before Wedding (July 19th)

4:00-7:00 PM *BRIDAL PARTY* Rehearsal & Dinner 7:00 PM *EVERYONE INVITED* If you are around! Feel free to come join us in the "Back Alley" of Preserve (200 Railroad Ave, Winters, CA) for drinks and appetizers until 10PM

What time does the ceremony begin?

5:00 PM We will hold the start time for all guests arriving on the second shuttle trip to arrive and settle

Will there be transportation? Parking?
Answer
**There is ample parking at Park Winters for guests who wish to drive.** A shuttle and passenger van will transfer guests from Winters Fairfield Inn & Suites *The passenger van can be requested to make round trips at ANY point in the evening but the big shuttle bus will run at the following times: - 4:15 - First pick up - 4:45 - Second pick up After Reception and during dancing - 8:45 - First pick up back to hotel - 9:45 - Second pick up - 11:00 - Last pick up **Uber does not operate at Park Winters OR Winters CA** ALL GUESTS are welcome to reserve a seat on the shuttle to and from the wedding

I'm coming from out of town, any tips?
Answer
The best airport to arrive is Sacramento (SMF). **UPDATE** Uber/Lyft will take you anywhere out of the airport. There is *No Service* for Uber/Lyft in Winters,CA. Please reach out to us with any questions, we are here to help!

Will wedding be indoors and/or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony, cocktails and dinner will be held outdoors. Dancing and cutting cake will be held in an indoor reception area!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal summer wedding attire. Outdoor is mostly grass with some paved ways. We highly recommend wearing a flat or wedged shoe.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
It will be hot, but Park Winters has plenty of shade for the ceremony and dinner with great AC indoors!
