How Do I RSVP?

Answer

The formal invitations will instruct you to RSVP here, on our website, by clicking the RSVP tab at the top. No RSVPs will be physically mailed back to us.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is March 11, 2025. Any unanswered RSVPs will be counted as a "no."

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Children are allowed to attend our ceremony only. Transportation and childcare must be arranged and determined in advance as all events following the conclusion of the wedding ceremony is restricted to adults-only and nursing infants. This includes: cocktail hour, dinner, reception, dancing, etc. We hope with this notice, you will be able to make childcare accommodations to enjoy this evening as date night.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate guests formally invited, this will be addressed on your wedding invitation.

Can I bring a wedding gift?

Answer

We kindly ask that wedding gifts should be shipped directly to our home and not brought to the venue. Due to limited space, we will have a card box, but no physical gift table.

How do I send a gift?

Answer

We are registered to Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, and Macy's. We also have a honeymoon fund option! Please find those items on the registry tab of our website. Our home address is linked to the items we have on our "wish list" for easy gifting. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and generosity in helping us start our life together as newlyweds!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask all phones and cameras to be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present to enjoy the special moment with us. This also allows our photographers to capture the best footage! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue offers valet parking. There are no self-parking options available at the Royal Palms Resort. Ride share is always an option. TBD on shuttle services to nearby hotels.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, the reception/dinner will be outdoors, followed by dancing indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Our wedding will be an elegant and formal evening. Such as cocktail/semi-formal. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, mid-length dresses or jumpsuits/pantsuits. Men can wear long pants, long-sleeved shirts with or without a tie, and a jacket. No shorts or white/off-white attire, please.

View our suggested nearby hotels on the "accommodations" tab above. We have arranged hotel blocks at the hotels listed. We highly recommend reserving a room as soon as possible as the discount/group rate is limited and each hotel has a deadline for reservations.
