We’d love to hear from you by October 31st, 2025 so we can plan everything with you in mind. RSVP is required for the reception alone. However, if you plan on attending and have dietary restrictions please let us know so we can work with our vendors! The menu is already fully vegetarian.
Reception Formal or Indian Formal. Traditional Indian attire (saris, lehengas, sherwanis, suits) is also encouraged and welcomed. Formal Western attire is also appropriate if you do not own Indian clothes. Theme is Royal Indian (Royal Blue, Emerald, Gold, Magenta, Purple, Ivory, Red to give you a sense for attire). Please avoid plain white (silver is fine).

Yes. Both self-parking and valet are available on-site at the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines. These rates exclude taxes and may change, so check again before arrival. Parking options include in-and-out privileges, so you can come and go as needed within the same day without extra fees. Covered self‑parking (in/out privileges): Approximately $45–47 per day Covered valet parking (in/out privileges): Approximately $52–55 per day

Yes at your own expense! The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is adjacent to the renowned Torrey Pines Golf Course. While we won’t be organizing group tee times, guests are welcome to arrange their own golf outings. Tip: Tee times at Torrey Pines are highly sought after and often require advance booking. We recommend visiting the Torrey Pines Golf Course website or calling the Pro Shop as soon as possible to check availability and reserve your spot.
Yes, children are invited. Children will count towards your RSVP limit.

The event will be alcohol‑free (dry). We will offer a range of non‑alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, tea, coffee, and water. However, the hotel lobby has a cocktail bar but this will be at your own expense.
Expect mild coastal weather — usually 60–65°F (15–18°C). The reception will be indoors (with outdoor elements) during welcome hour, so bring a light layer just in case.
