What is the dress code?

Answer

Please join us in cocktail attire. This would include dresses or pantsuits for women and suit and tie for men. If possible, we encourage wearing darker colors and ask that bright colored attire is avoided. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, only the children named on your invitation and included in your RSVP will be able to attend. We thank you for your understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP for all members of your party by June 15th using the RSVP tab on our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 1:30 pm and doors will be closed prior to ceremony start. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to find your seat. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the ceremony location. Transportation via a shuttle will be provided between the hotel and the reception. A shuttle bus will pick guests up from the Double Tree lobby and provide transportation to our reception. The shuttle will pick guests up from the reception and bring them back to the hotel throughout the evening. Please check back later for a shuttle schedule!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available in a lot across from the ceremony location. Parking ramps downtown are also available. Parking at the reception is limited so we request that guests utilize provided shuttle transportation or carpool.
