While we love and adore your children, we kindly encourage you to take this time to celebrate our special day child free. Children of the wedding party and close relatives will be attending and we ask you to please inform the bride or groom to be if you need us to accommodate your children in the event they must attend. At the end of the day, we want each guest to enjoy our day and if you are unable to attend without your children, we welcome them with open arms. We respectfully request, however, to let the bride or groom to be know in advance with and RSVP that your children will be in attendance. Our wedding venue and catering services must be aware in advance for these accommodations to be made.

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men.
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have invested in professional photographers to capture every moment so all guests can unplug and enjoy! We will respectfully ask cell phones to be silenced and out of view during the ceremony. Please feel free to capture any images you desire for our cocktail hour and reception. A photo booth will also be available for you to capture precious moments. If there are any photos you wish to have, please inform the bride to be and she can provide those to you.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
Our ceremony will occur within the venue's main chapel rain or shine. In the event of rain, cocktail hour will be moved to the reception hall located behind the large water fountain in the reception building.
Yes, there will be ample parking available at the Hidden Acres Venue. Guests are to park in the large grassy location. Handicap parking is available, but limited. Guests are not to park in areas marked "Vendor Parking Only". The wedding party and immediate family will be directed by the bride and groom to be on parking.
