Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:45PM. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring Neil and I have our special moment, uninterrupted.
We’ve got a cozy guest list, so we’re keeping things intimate. If your invitation doesn’t mention a plus one, we’re afraid it’s just you and us for the celebration!
To ensure an intimate and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly ask that only the children listed on the RSVP attend. Please note that while the children on the invitation are welcome to attend the wedding, the reception will include drinking and music tailored for adults. Additionally, there will not be a separate kids' meal option. We trust you to decide what’s best for your family and look forward to celebrating together!
We encourage everyone to incorporate blues, oranges, pinks, and greens into their outfits! We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing casual clothes such as jeans or t-shirts. Our Maid of Honors will be dressed in yellow floor length dresses and our Best Men will be in blue suits for reference! There are many great hotels in the Northern Colorado area! Check out the travel tab to see our recommended hotels! We encourage groups to book an AirBnB to fully enjoy the Fort Collins lifestyle! There is an away game for Colorado State that weekend so hotel rooms and AirBnBs will be available! We highly encourage you to book early to secure your stay!
Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographer is able to do her best work in capturing our special day! We will have a Google Drive set up at your place setting where you can upload photos and videos from our Reception!
Yes! We will have beer, wine, seltzers for all 21+ guests! Our signature cocktails will only be available during the cocktail hour following the ceremony!
The first row of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception and will have a seating chart up on the big day to direct you to your seat!
We will have a plated buffet with your choice of sirloin steak, chicken piccata, or salmon, with a side of garlic green beans and smoked Gouda mashed potatoes. Please list any allergies you may have on your RSVP so we can ensure you have something to eat! For dessert, there will be an assorted flavor of Dippin’ Dots!
We will be making our exit at 10PM and our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time.
Yes, we’ve set up a registry through our website (you should be able to see it at the menu up top!). But really, your presence is the best present we could ask for—though if you insist on a gift, we won’t argue!
We have the outdoor space and screen reserved at The Lyric from 12-5PM! It will be a cash bar and they do have food options available! Once the reservation is over, we encourage you to group up and head into the heart of Old Town to either grab dinner or more drinks! Don't forget that Fort Collins is known as the Napa Valley for beer, check out some local breweries.
