To attend both the welcome party and the ceremony/reception, you would be in Staunton Fri 5/15 - Sun 5/17. It is totally up to you how much time you'd like to spend with us! More information on wedding events can be found under "Schedule," and more information on where to stay can be found under "Hotels."
Yes, there will be plenty of parking available for the ceremony and reception. Cars will likely be parked on a sloped, grassy area.
We have reserved shuttles to take a limited number of guests to and from the ceremony/reception. This schedule and location of the shuttle pick-ups and drop-offs will be finalized based on where large numbers of guests are staying. If you are interested in taking advantage of the shuttles, please use the following link to fill out a survey by May 1st: https://qualtricsxmycf7ypwdl.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6M3rcrORlRWE7VI Shuttles will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on where you are staying for the weekend, and how many guests sign up for the shuttles, we cannot guarantee that this will be an option.
For the ceremony and reception, we kindly ask that your attire meets semi-formal/garden attire: elegant sundresses, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits in light or dark hues.
Kids included in your invitation are welcome at the ceremony and reception.
Please include any dietary restrictions in your RSVP. There will be limited GF, vegetarian, and vegan options available at the wedding reception, but please do not assume that we already know of your dietary restrictions.
Kindly RSVP by March 16, 2026. You can RSVP by selecting the "RSVP" tab at the top of the page.
While we are very excited to officially join families, we plan to keep our names as Edie Sanders and Stark Gallagher.
