We met in May 2013 at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. Adam noticed Chelsea, thought she was cute, so he went to introduce himself. "Hey, I'm Adam." "Hey, that's my brother's name!" Well that didn't go as planned. Over the next several days, Adam and Chelsea began to eat meals together at the dining hall, started hanging out with many of the same friends (maybe this wasn't a total coincidence...), and would go on morning runs before anyone else on camp was awake. Adam became braver and decided to ask Chelsea to go look at the stars one night. She didn't decline, but also didn't say yes. So he asked again the next day. Then again a few days later. She finally agreed, so we snuck out to the boathouse where we could lay on the dock in the middle of the lake to stargaze. This is where we shared our first kiss. What was meant to be a summer camp crush turned into a lifetime of adventures. This led to beach trips, endless laughs, summer runs, hikes, and eventually a long-distance relationship. This led to a stronger bond and long car rides, bus trips, short weekends in- and outdoors, late-night phone calls, and eventually the long-distance was over. This led to shared spaces, more adventures, more hiking, more exploring, more laughs, more bonding, and on December 30, 2017 we made a promise to love and support each other for the rest of our lives.
