FAQs

If you have any questions, other than what is listed below, please reach out to the mother of the bride. Jaime 225-726-0676
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 1st at the latest. The earlier the better!

Question

What if I RSVP and can no longer make it?

Answer

If you let us know before September 1st, then all is well. Please refrain from texting the Bride or Groom that you cannot make it, especially the week of the wedding, as this can add extra stress. We will miss you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones are only included if specified on your invitation. If your invite says you have a guest, we’d love to meet them! Otherwise, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We hope you understand.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children who are listed on your invitation or RSVP are welcome. Please keep in mind that there will be an open bar and music intended for an adult audience. Take this opportunity to have a kidless date night!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire: think polished, stylish, and celebration-ready! While any color is welcome, we’d love it if you leaned into our preferred color palette to help bring the overall vision to life! Think greens, wine reds/pinks. And of course, NO WHITE!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to The Willows at 4:30. This gives time for the bride to be tucked away before anyone gets there. The ceremony will start at promptly 5:00. If you arrive after the ceremony starts, we kindly ask that you wait inside the venue until the end of the ceremony, to avoid any disruptions.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

You can find our registry here on the website under the "registry" tab!
