Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 5th, 2025 Claire's Birthday! Give her the gift of an RSVP :)

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have 15 hotel rooms available at the Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge in Emeryville, CA. Please see the "Travel" portion of our website for more information

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00pm and 4:30pm

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re keeping our guest list intimate, so only those named on the invitation envelope are invited. If your invitation says “& Guest,” you’re welcome to bring a plus-one. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thanks for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones—but this night is for the grown-ups! Unless your child is listed on the invitation, we kindly ask that you leave the kiddos at home and enjoy a well-deserved night out.

Question

Is there parking for the wedding site?

Answer

Yes, but it is limited. There are 30 spaces available in the Piedmont Community Hall parking lot, but it is public parking, so not all 30 spaces are guaranteed to be open. Additional street parking is also available. We recommend trying to carpool or use Lyft/Uber if possible.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, you'll be asked, "Are there any dietary restrictions that we should know of?" Please use that space to share your food allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will make sure there is a meal fit for your needs.

Question

What weather is expected for your wedding?

Answer

The average temperature for the East Bay (Piedmont included) in September is highs around 75 degrees and lows around 57 degrees. Our wedding ceremony will be held indoors, and the festivities that follow will mostly take place outside (weather permitting). Dancing at the end of the night will be held inside. A light jacket may be nice as the sun starts to set.
