When is the RSVP deadline?

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have 3 hotel blocks located in Leesburg. Visit the travel section of the website for links to each hotel website to book.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please check your invite. If your invite says "and guest," then yes! However, at this time, due to space limitations, we can accommodate only the names listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your wedding invitation lists your kids' names OR says [Lastname] Family then your kids are invited, otherwise our celebration is adults only. If you have any questions please reach out to the bride or groom.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 3 pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking & seating (2:30-2:45). Provided transportation will pickup from our hotel blocks starting at 2:00 pm.

What are my transportation options?

Answer

If you choose to drive there is plenty of parking at Shadow Creek Weddings & Events. However, please note that overnight parking is not allowed. We'll have shuttle buses running to and from the hotels for guests staying there as well. Buses departing for the ceremony will leave the hotel blocks starting at 2 pm. We will have one shuttle bus leave the reception "early" at 8 pm for those who wish to turn in before the party's over. The remaining shuttles will depart at 9 pm after the reception ends. Lyft and Uber are available to and from the hotels as well.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) while the reception will be indoors.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

There's a spot on the RSVP form to list dietary needs- please let us know of any restrictions and our caterer will be happy to accommodate!

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! But if you wish to give, check out our Registry tab here on the website. It has our honeymoon fund there too!
