Is parking available at the Grand Hyatt and the Ritz-Carlton?

Our guests will receive discounted parking at both venues for the events and their stays. *Grand Hyatt Indian Wells* Valet: $10 per day Self-park: $8 per day *Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage* Valet: $10 for the event Shuttles are available from the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells promptly at 11:15am

Where and when will meals be available?

Thursday, November 28 - Dinner: Welcome Dinner at Hyatt Grand Salon - Mezzanine level from 7pm to 9pm Friday, November 29 - Breakfast: Chai, coffee, and light continental options available in the hospitality suite (Hyatt Gardenia Room - Mezzanine level) from 7am to 11am. - Lunch: Served at the Sangeet - Dinner: Post-Sangeet dinner will be available in the hospitality suite from 7pm to 9pm. Feel free to stop by at your convenience. Limited seating is available. Guests are encouraged to enjoy their dinner around the resort. Saturday, November 30 - Breakfast/Lunch: Guests staying at the Grand Hyatt will receive vouchers at check in that can be used at any of the resort's restaurants. Chai, coffee, and light continental options available in the hospitality suite (Hyatt Gardenia Room - Mezzanine level) from 7am to 11am. - Dinner: Appetizers will be served during cocktail hour. Dinner will follow during the reception. Sunday, December 1 - Breakfast: Chai, coffee, and light continental options available in the hospitality suite (Hyatt Gardenia Room - Mezzanine level) from 7am to 11am. Hospitality Suite: Located in the Hyatt Gardenia Room on the Mezzanine level. Snacks and water will be available throughout the weekend. Chai and coffee will be available each morning.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Southern California is famous for its beautiful weather! Temperatures will range from 70s during the day to 50s at night. Daytime events will be held outdoors. Nighttime events will be held indoors. Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We have made every attempt to accommodate all dietary restrictions during our events. Each item will be labeled with potential allergens. Halal meat items will be labeled as such. All items at the Welcome Dinner, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will be halal.

The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells is a beautiful resort with many amenities for all ages! - Nine temperature-controlled pools - HyTides waterpark with dueling slides and lazy river - Games, including table tennis, Connect 4, Jenga, and more - Tennis & pickleball facilities - Agua Serena Spa (full-service) - Bicycle trails and rentals - Jogging paths - Fitness classes Palm Springs is also a short drive away. Our favorite attraction is the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, ascending to the breathtaking Mount San Jacinto State Park. Delight in sweeping views of the Coachella Valley and immerse yourselves in pristine wilderness.
