Flight

Getting to Boracay Island

Traveling to Boracay is straightforward, but it does require a few steps after arriving in the Philippines. - STEP 1: FLY TO THE PHILIPPINES - International guests will arrive via Manila (Ninoy Aquino International Airport - NAIA). Some international flights may also connect through Cebu (Mactan-Cebu International Airport - CEB). From Manila or Cebu, you will need to take a domestic flight to Boracay's nearest airport. - STEP 2: FLY TO CATICLAN - We strongly recommend booking a flight to Godofredo P. Ramos Airport (MPH), also known as Caticlan Airport, which is the closest airport to Boracay. Flight time from Manila or Cebu: approximately 1 hour Alternative: You may also fly into Kalibo International Airport (KLO). However, Kalibo is approximately 1.5–2 hours away from the port by land transfer - a longer journey. - STEP 3: TRANSFER TO THE CATICLAN JETTY PORT - After arriving at Caticlan Airport, you will need to travel a short distance to Caticlan Jetty Port. Most hotels in Boracay, including Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay, offer seamless airport-to-hotel transfers that may include: * Airport pickup * Land transfer to the jetty port * Ferry/boat tickets and assistance * Transfer from Boracay port to your hotel We highly recommend arranging a transfer through your hotel for the smoothest experience. - STEP 4: BOAT TRANSFER TO BORACAY - From Caticlan Jetty Port, you will take a short 10–15 minute ferry ride to Boracay Island. From there, a short land transfer (usually arranged by your hotel) will take you directly to your accommodation. 💭 💭 Key tips to remember: 1. Best airport: Caticlan (MPH) 2. Alternative airport: Kalibo (KLO) 3. Boracay is an island: All guests must take a short boat ride to reach the island 4. Hotel transfers are highly recommended and can usually be arranged directly through your accommodation.
