How We Met
We met at a Hawkeye tailgate in 2011. We have a photo from that day together with Angie Vanlengen, Dan Blum, Anna Wegner, Will Evans, and Sara Selix!
Our First Date
In October 2017, we ran into each other at Big Grove Iowa City and caught up for a little bit. A week later, we decided to catch up a little bit more and had dinner together at Lincoln Wine Bar and now the rest is history!
Our Engagement
In August 2019, we took a 10 day backpacking trip through Italy. Sam proposed on the second day in the city of Modena at Casa Maria Luigia after a tennis match!
Our Hobbies and Interests
We love cooking together and learning new recipes and cooking techniques. In the summer, we try to bike and play as much tennis as we can! We are both trying to better our photography and videography skills!
