It all began when we were just twelve, two kids that were separated by nearby schools but became friends quickly over social media. We chatted for hours, sharing secrets and gossip, forging a connection. We first met at Seminole Rec Center where we laughed and attempted to play basketball with each other and our friends. As the years went by, we remained close and attended the same high school where our friendship continued to grow stronger. Liv went off to college and the COVID pandemic caused her to come back home. We started hanging out much more frequently, almost daily. Suddenly, we found ourselves spending so much time together and when we weren’t together, we were on FaceTime. After all the flirty remarks and many nights spent at Saltwater Hippie/Brass Captain, we decided to take our relationship to the next level. Jake decided to propose after 3 years of a relationship and they now get to vow to continue their story.
