Where is the reception taking place? / ¿Dónde se llevará a cabo la recepción?

Answer

The reception will take place just south of the church. After the ceremony, follow the path to the right side of the church, where you’ll find the deck next to the house where the wedding party will be staying. It’s a short and easy walk from the ceremony. La recepción se llevará a cabo justo al sur de la iglesia. Restrooms are located inside the church. Please note that the wedding party house is reserved for the wedding party only, so we kindly ask guests not to enter the house. We love your little ones! However, due to space limitations, we’re only able to include the family members listed on your invitation. If your children are invited, their names will be included. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be clearly noted on your invitation. What will the ceremony be like? / ¿Cómo será la ceremonia?

Answer

Our ceremony will be a Christian wedding held in a church with an officiant and pastor. Many of our friends and family are followers of Jesus, and the ceremony will reflect the faith that is important to us. The ceremony will be bilingual in English and Spanish and will include Scripture readings, prayer, and worship. We will also share in communion, which is a sacred practice for many Christians that remembers the Last Supper, when Jesus shared a final meal with His disciples before His crucifixion. All guests are welcome to join us in this meaningful time as we celebrate our marriage together. Nuestra ceremonia será una boda cristiana que se celebrará en una iglesia con un pastor y un oficiante. Muchos de nuestros amigos y familiares siguen a Jesús, y la ceremonia reflejará la fe que es importante para nosotros. La ceremonia será bilingüe en inglés y español e incluirá lecturas de la Biblia, oración y adoración. También compartiremos la comunión, una práctica sagrada para muchos cristianos que recuerda la Última Cena, cuando Jesús compartió su última comida con sus discípulos antes de su crucifixión.
