We're getting married!

Rachel's Perspective I decided to download the app Bumble and "be super picky and see what happens". Little did I know I would match with the cutest guy I've ever seen. I even told my best friend "I really like this guy, but I'm not sure if he will like me". Our first few conversations were so sweet and he kept asking good genuine questions. When he told me he lived with his mom still I think I liked him even more. When we first met in person I remember him walking up to me and me thinking "he's so well dressed and way taller than I thought.". I could tell he was nervous which made me feel even more comfortable. We didn't even hug when we left and I wasn't sure if it was nerves or he wasn't interested but then he invited me to hang out just 2 days later... I had a good feeling. Less than two weeks after meeting for the first time he came to my nieces birthday party with the whole family... I knew if he could make it through that he was one who would last. From pizza and ramen to fancy meals in nice clothes. From crazy adventures in Virginia to doing boring chores. From our highest highs to the most gut wrenching lows. I am so grateful I get to be with my sweet "Sammy" through it all. Sam's Perspective The day we met, I remember spending an hour picking out my outfit. I changed clothes a dozen times while trying to find something that was attractive without looking like I was trying too hard. I was a nervous wreck, and it showed when I managed to spill coffee on my favorite jeans. Through all the nerves and worry, I left that day knowing Rachel was the one for me. She has showed me more patience and love than I could have ever dreamed of. I thank God every day for bringing her into my life and I look forward to all of our future journeys together.
