Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

You can find your party count on the rsvp section on the wedding website. If you have been given a plus one, the name will be listed on your invitation. Because the space at the venue is at maximum capacity, we cannot accommodate those who are not listed. Though we would love for everyone to attend, seats are limited. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and for celebrating this special time with us!

What if I missed the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Due to the need of exact head counts for catering and the venue, we ask that you RSVP by August 19th. If you miss the RSVP deadline, we will not be able to accommodate you or your party for the ceremony or the reception. Your party will be marked as "declined" on the RSVP. There will be no exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

Is this a kid friendly event?

Answer

If your children have been accommodated for the events, they will be included on the invitation and your party count in the rsvp section on the wedding website.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would like everyone to be in dressy casual for the ceremony and reception. Ladies: summer dress, stylish jumpsuit, dress pants, or cocktail dress. Men: khaki's, nice jeans, button-up shirt.

What does the wedding timeline look like?

Answer

Ceremony - Ancilla Domini Chapel in Donaldson, IN 2:30 PM EST Please arrive at the ceremony 15-30 minutes early and everyone to be seated by 2:30 PM. The ceremony is a full Catholic mass, which will take about 1 hour. Be aware of the ceremony length if you have small children. Reception - The Cornerstone at Cedar in Bourbon, IN. 5:30 PM EST Cocktail Hour and Charcuterie Board 4:00 PM EST The drive from Ancilla Domini Chapel to The Cornerstone at Cedar is about a 30-minute drive. A charcuterie board will be provided for guests from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM. "Cocktail Hour" will begin at 4:30 PM and extend throughout the evening until 9:30 PM. The bride and groom ask that all guests be seated in the reception hall by 5:30 for the grand entrance.

What is on the menu?

Answer

Our caterers will be providing a delicious BBQ style dinner at 6:00 PM EST. Main Entree - Smoked Pulled Pork & Schaller Smoked Brisket Side Dishes - Macaroni and Cheese, Green Beans with Bacon, Corn Casserole, & Fresh Tossed Salad Wedding cake will be served later in the evening.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar serving wine and beer from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Please drink responsibly. The Cornerstone at Cedar will ID.

Have you booked hotel rooms for out-of-town guests?

Answer

There have not been any hotels reserved for out-of-town guests. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
