At the happenstance of a shared acquaintance, Grace and Samuel met each other in the front hallway of his apartment. Neither of them could have anticipated this would be the moment that would turn out to be the beginning of a lifetime together. A few years came and went with their meetings, phone calls and catch-ups being sparse yet impactful. All the while their consideration and care for each other grew in-step. Where one missed phone call from a lack of signal while Samuel was out of the country cemented a realization in both of them that this was no longer just a regular friendship. The two had come to understand that there was no one else they wanted to see themselves with going forward. Life together started right then and there. Soon after arriving home from his trip, Samuel and Grace spoke aloud their feelings of love to each other and began their relationship in December of 2021. Lovers of coincidence and prone to serendipity, Samuel and Grace took the opportunity to have the day of their union happen in the same month they began their relationship so many years ago.
