The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, so we kindly request that guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:15pm and no later than 3:45pm. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring that Sam and Paige have their special moment, uninterrupted.
The ceremony and reception are all at Cedar Creek Ranch! After the ceremony, you will walk a short path to the cocktail hour space. Then, you will be ushered to the Reception tent located close on the property. Golf cart rides will be available to anyone looking for support!

We kindly request that guests dress in formal attire (black-tie optional). Suits, button-down shirts, and floor-length gowns are encouraged! As always, please refrain from wearing white/ivory. Thank you! Please be aware that a majority of the afternoon's celebrations will take place outside, so be prepared to walk on cobblestone paths and the occasional bit of grass (if you'd like to partake in cocktail hour yard games!).
On average, October in Waxhaw features 75 degree highs with 50 degree lows. Expect sunny skies, low humidity, and light wind. The ceremony & cocktail hour are both going to take place outside, so it'll be essential to keep an eye on the weather in the days leading up to the event. In the case of rain, all events will take place in the reception area. If you get chilly easily, think about bringing a jacket for the evening.

Yes, you can park at Cedar Creek Ranch! There will be a designated parking lot for our local guests. However, we encourage people (especially those looking to partake in adult beverages) to take advantage of the shuttle that will take guests from the hotels in Waverley to the venue. If you do drive, please be aware that to get to Cedar Creek Ranch, you will have to drive down a gravel road for ~1 mile. You will see signs along the way encouraging you to keep going - it'll feel a bit strange, but you are in the right place!
Yes! Dinner will be served at 6pm. We will have a variety of options to choose from including a hand-carved beef station, a shrimp & grits table, and a Greek-inspired shish kebab station.

Of course! Ubers are plentiful in Waverly/Waxhaw. We encourage everyone who is partaking in adult beverages to either uber, take the shuttle, or rideshare with a designated sober driver. If you uber, please inform your driver that the driveway to the venue is a long gravel road (about 1 mile). You will see signs along the way encouraging you that you're almost there.
We love your little ones! However, we've made the hard decision to make the evening adult-only with the exception of our bridal party. We hope you can take the chance to enjoy a night out! And we thank you for your understanding.
If we do not receive your RSVP by August 15th, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss celebrating with you, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in the timely manner that they've requested. We appreciate your understanding!
We will be making our exit at 10pm. Our vendors will promptly begin breaking down at that time as well. At 10, shuttles will take guests back to the hotels in Waverly. For those hoping to keep the party going, we want to see you at Mary O'Neils in Waxhaw, NC afterwards!
