Please make sure to access the Brazilian consulate that serves your jurisdiction. US and Canadian Citizens have the advantage of getting an E-Visa for $45 valid for 2 years. A regular Visa is $160 for US Citizens and $80 for other countries. The process of getting a regular visa is usually quick, taking an average of 10-15 days. Flight prices to Sao Paulo City in February vary from $740-$900. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are usually the best days to buy tickets. Shuttle

There will be a shuttle service on the day of the wedding as the venue is 17 miles away from the city/listed hotels area (about 1 hour with traffic). The shuttle will pick/drop you off in front of the 3 hotels listed below. *Only one trip to and from the venue will be available. Uber and car rental are available services in Brazil and both services are fairly inexpensive considering the currency exchange rate. Schedule: TBD
