How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

While getting an Uber in downtown Asheville is feasible, it will be very difficult to find Ubers near the venue without scheduling ahead of time. We recommend carpooling as much as possible. Parking will be available at the entrance to the venue.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

How do I park at the venue?

Answer

Parking will be located in a grass lot at the entrance to the venue. A bus provided by the venue will transport guests from the parking up the driveway to the ceremony site. Please do not drive up the driveway toward the house/ceremony site as there will be no parking for you and this will cause congestion with the bus transporting guests.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request semi-formal attire for our celebration. Appropriate options include cocktail dresses, dressy separates, suits, or dress shirts with slacks.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Unless your children are listed on your invitation, we respectfully ask you make other arrangements for your children. We thank you for understanding and if there are questions, always feel free to reach out.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors - and the reception will be inside on the same property.

What is the phone policy during the ceremony?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you refrain from taking any personal photos or videos during the ceremony and that you please silence and put away your phone. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture these special moments for us.
