Here is the schedule of events for the wedding day. Please note that the wedding ceremony itself and happy hour will be outside while the reception will be inside. Expect to be outside between 4-6pm. Anyone needing to be out of the elements will be accommodated.

Pre-Wedding Mixer

Please note that this is outside. While most surfaces are paved, there are some grassy areas.

Enjoy a drink and some small bites before our ceremony at the open bar to get acquainted with the space and mingle with our merging family. You will be ushered to your chairs at 4:45pm for the ceremony to start at 5pm.

Wedding Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Texas Old Town (Redbud Venue)

Please note that this is outside. The Ceremony grounds consist of turf laid over dirt, not concrete.

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Happy Hour at the open bar will follow directly after the ceremony, giving us time to take some quick photos with the wedding party and providing you time to locate your seat inside Redbud Hall. Seating arrangements will be posted at the entrance to Redbud Hall.

Reception, Dinner & Celebrating

6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Locate your name for your assigned table number posted as you walk into the Hall. Dinner will be served here buffet style shortly after 6:30pm. Dinner will be followed by celebrating with all of you! This is an air conditioned hall.
