When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by Saturday, June 6th, 2026. We are required to finalize details with our vendors no later than July 1st. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate late additions past this deadline.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 5:00 pm ET. Doors will be open starting at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the ceremony starts.

What happens if it rains?

Thankfully both the ceremony and reception are indoors. Outside of coming into and leaving the building at the end of the night, you will not have to worry too much about rain or the July heat (:

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in summer formal or cocktail attire. Men are welcome to wear a suit, while women may choose a floor-length gown, midi dress, or elegant cocktail dress. Given the season, light-colored suits and colorful, breathable fabrics are perfectly acceptable. Please refrain from casual wear, including sundresses, khakis, shorts, denim, and flip-flops.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking for The Grand Ballroom is located in the Midtown parking garage directly across the street and to the right of the entrance. Address to the garage is 501 Scott Blvd, Covington, KY 41011. Bring your parking ticket with you, as it will be validated at the door.

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our venue has limited capacity, so we can only accommodate children who were specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
