What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal attire. A suit & tie or a floor length/midi dress would be most appropriate. Colors and patterns are welcome!

Where should I stay?
Answer
The Bride and Groom will be staying at the Best Western Plus in Kingston. We would love to see as many of you there as possible!

When should I book my accommodations?
Answer
Please book as soon as possible. The summer months are a busy season and rooms could fill up quickly.
Question
Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes, a shuttle will be provided from the Best Western Plus in Kingston. UPDATED INFORMATION: If you intended to take the provided shuttle, please plan to be outside of the hotel at 1:30 PM. (You do not need to be staying at the hotel in order to use the shuttle.) The shuttle bus will be leaving the hotel at 1:40PM to take guests to the ceremony location. After the ceremony is finished, the shuttle will take guests to the reception. After the reception, the bus will make two stops: It will first take guests to Keegan Ales for the after party and then continue back to the hotel for its final drop-off.

Can I drive myself?
Answer
Due to limited parking, we encourage guests to use our provided transportation. We are also having an open bar (that we hope you take advantage of), so utilizing the shuttle is a safe choice!

Can I take a rideshare?
Answer
Uber and Lyft rideshare services are very hit-or-miss in this area and cannot be guaranteed at the end of the night.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are indoors (with A/C).

Are children and plus-ones invited?
Answer
As space is limited, we hope you appreciate that children and guests are only invited if included in your invitation.

Will there be a vegetarian meal?
Answer
There is a vegetarian dinner option available for a select number of guests. If you require a vegetarian meal, please let the couple know.

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we invite you to be fully present during our ceremony. Kindly turn off all cell phones and cameras during the ceremony so you can enjoy the special moment with us. We have professional photographers who will be expertly capturing every important shot and we promise to share these photos!
Question
The end of the night was so wild, I didn't get to say goodbye to the bride and groom! What do I do?
Answer
No worries! Please join us for a Farewell Lunch at RMV Cellars' Great Life Brewing. The couple will be there at noon to say a last goodbye to any guests who wish to join them or for those who are looking to grab a bite before their travels. For our Westchester, NYC, and Long Island guests, RMV Cellars is an easy stop to make on your way back home.
