They offer multiple activities, from renting surfboards and surfing lessons to yoga classes each morning. There are also pools where you can relax and enjoy the warm weather. We also love Mana Uluwatu restaurant, and make sure you try their smoothies!
The Kecak Fire Dance is one of Bali’s most iconic art performances, which takes place at a clifftop amphitheater beside Uluwatu Temple. Tiered concrete seating surrounds the sunken centerpiece stage, offering impressive views of the Indian Ocean. For added drama, this sunset dance show features fire, and human vocals are used in place of gamelan instruments. Every day, the show starts at 18.00 and ends at 19:00. Be sure to arrive 30-45min earlier to buy the tickets.
Suluban Beach is the most popular spot for surfers and makes a great place to hang out for the day. You can even enjoy it from above at one of the many clifftop bars (we recommend Single Fin Uluwatu)! The beach itself is completely different from all the other Bali beaches. This one is a real adventure, climbing down the windy stairs and exploring beneath the limestone cliffs. Be sure to check the tide times before you visit.
Nunggalan beach Bali is a beautiful hidden white sand beach along green cliffs in Uluwatu. It takes some effort to get to the beach by walking down a rocky path. So you won’t see many tourists here which makes a visit to Nunggalan beach very serene. Because the beach is so secluded, you can expect it to be very quiet. There are no facilities around except a little beach shack that sells coconuts and where you can rent an umbrella.
Sundays Beach Club is a favorite chillout venue on Bali’s Bukit peninsula. The beach club is part of The Ungasan Clifftop Resort and is located in the namesake village of Ungasan. It's where to go if you're seeking a beach retreat with a pristine stretch of sand and swimmable waves. Here you can also enjoy Mediterranean cuisine under thatched roofs with ocean views.
