What will be the schedule for shuttles to and from 7 Cedars Hotel?

Answer

Shuttles will be arriving at the front of the hotel lobby at 2:00 and 2:15 to pick people up to take to the venue. Shuttles will take people back to the hotel at 7:30 and 9:15

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We hope that everyone will be able to enjoy the evening, and we respectfully ask for our wedding to be an adult only event. Please do not bring your children to the wedding.

What are the wedding colors?

The wedding party will be dressed in tones of olive green.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking will be down the road from the wedding venue*

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 2:15 to 2:45 PM.

What is dress attire for the wedding?

Answer

Please wear semi formal or western wear. The vibe is polos or button up and khakis/jeans for men, and sundresses or midi type dresses for women. We would like all our guests to be comfy and enjoy getting out on the dance floor.

Will my environmental and food allergies be taken into account?

Answer

The reception dinner provided will be BBQ chicken and pork. These can be eaten in sliders or on the side. There will be plenty of salads as well. We would like to remind guests, this wedding is taking place on a hay farm, so please pack allergy meds accordingly.
