We are so excited to celebrate with all of you!!

Leann was a freshman in college and Sam was a transfer student. We were both forced to go to an orientation event at college to "mingle" and "break the ice". The event that we both were roped into was not ideal. Leann forgot to sign up and was placed into the default activity. Sam was dreading driving an hour and half for a dumb ice breaker activity, but attendance was mandatory. To set the scene, they placed about 200 students on a open football field, gave them a human bingo card and said go find people that match the sports on your card. The idea was that a spot would say find a freshman or someone whose name starts with the letter "S". After wandering around aimlessly on the huge field for about 10 minuets, Leann found Sam whos name happened to start with "S". After that we kept talking and the rest is history! Without that game or without going to that activity who knows if we would have ever met. To this day though it was worth the hour and half drive and thank goodness I forgot to sign up!

Sam planned a cruise vacation a year in advance to Bermuda with the intention to propose. He wanted to propose on our three year anniversary in September which unfortunately is during hurricane season. Sam had it all planned out to propose on a sailboat at sunset with drinks and music. Unfortunately the hurricane re-routed our trip and we had a change in route two days before he was supposed to propose. Sam had to quickly come up with other ideas. On the night of our anniversary after dinner Sam took Leann out to the cruise deck at sunset and proposed in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Of course it did not matter where or how, Leann said heck yes!

We adopted our dog brady in 2018. At this point Sam was working in Manhattan when we found the perfect dog online. She was adorable and Leann had to meet her. Unfortunately they couldn't hold her for the weekend so Leann had to go that day while Sam was at work. It was such a big decision Leann felt like she wasn't going to get her, but just look. As soon as Leann met Brady her heart melted! Leann couldn't help but take her home. Leann and Brady met Sam at the train station that night and needless to say it was a match made in heaven. Our newest addition was perfect!!
