Question

Will there be a wedding?

Answer

Yes - check your invite and please show up. We couldn't do this without you!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Honestly wear what you are comfortable in. March in MI is a gamble so I say cozy cocktail chic.

Question

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony and venue are a 6 minute walk from each other (0.3 miles), so we encourage you to park at Copper Moon after the ceremony, stroll around Old Town in between the ceremony and cocktail hour and see what Lansing has to offer.

Question

I like to party, how can I get home safely?

Answer

Our greatest wish is that everyone has a good time and everyone stays safe throughout the evening. We will have Uber vouchers available at the venue that can be used the night of the 22nd in order to get you back to your hotel or home safely.

Is there parking nearby?

Answer

For the Ceremony - there is parking behind the church, street parking and a parking lot across the street from the church on Washington Ave. For the Reception - Copper Moon has a parking lot and street parking overflow. Probably shouldn't park on the street overnight but that is your gamble.

Do I have to stay at the Hyatt?

Answer

You are free to stay wherever you'd like! The Hyatt room block does have a great rate, but there are about a million hotels in within a mile of each other in that same vicinity, so if you are a Marriott loyalist I totally understand.

I like food...will there be any?

Answer

Duh - we both love food as well. You may have noticed there wasn't an option to pick your meal with the invite. We believe family style represents our love and bringing two families together, so you have the opportunity to try whatever is on the table!

Question

I am allergic to everything. Please help.

Answer

Good news is that there will be at least one (more likely multiple) doctor in the house. As far as food goes, please tell us if you have any dietary restrictions, as our chef will be providing a plated meal that accommodates all restrictions. And it's promised to be delicious.
