Where is the Ceremony and Reception

Answer

The ceremony and reception are held at the same location! No travel needed after you arrive! Havewood is wheelchair accessible, and there are no steps into any of the areas of the building!

Question

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside and the reception in the Havenwood building. If the weather is not cooperating, the ceremony will be moved inside.

Question

Is there transportation to/ from hotel to Venue

Answer

Yes! Havewood Event Center has a transport to/ from County Inn and Suites Sparta to the venue. Transport times will be updated soon!

Question

Is there any dress code

Answer

Not Really! Wear what you are comfortable in and clothes that you can get out on the dance floor with! Please do note that the ceremony will be outside (unless weather is bad). The ground outside the venue is gravel and grass.

Are Kiddos Allowed

Answer

Yes! We want to see family and friends of ALL ages to celebrate our wedding with! There will be a kids area with some fun wedding related activities too!

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and the reception

Answer

Short answer, yes. As we take pictures together as a newly married couple with family, there will be a short cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. There will be snacks, drinks, and lots of people to mingle with during this time.

Can we take LOTS of pictures

Answer

We politely ask that during our ceremony, devices are silenced and put away as we just want your smiles aiming our way! After the ceremony, you are welcome to take SO many pictures of the celebration and make sure to share them with us and use the #kaitlynandsam06.22.2024 for social media!
