Flight

Dallas/Fort Worth or Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

While DFW is a great option for international flights to Heathrow, we have found that flights from Austin can be significantly more cost effective. An Uber or taxi from Heathrow to the accommodation is approximately 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the Underground Piccadilly line one stop Eastbound to Hatton Cross and take the 446 bus to Chertsey Station. Travel time is 1 hour.

Train

Chertsey Station or Woking Station

Chertsey Station via South Western Railway is the local train stop for those coming in from Central London. Waterloo is the easiest option for departure/return. Travel time is 1 hour. Woking Station is an alternative option. Waterloo is the easiest option for departure/return. Travel time is 23 minutes. Travel via taxi from Woking to Chertsey is 20 minutes, or you can get a connecting train to Chertsey station in around 15 minutes.

The Crown Hotel

The Crown is the primary host accommodation and where the welcome drinks will take place. This is a 5 minute Uber/taxi from Botleys Mansion. For those who need it, The Crown is pet friendly! Unfortunately they do not offer room blocks so this is first come first serve! There are 49 rooms in total.

Foxhills Country Club: Golf Club & Resort

Foxhills Country Club is an alternative luxury accommodation just behind Botleys Mansion. There is a golf course for those who are interested in a round on Friday morning or Saturday.
