How do I get there?

There is construction happening at Bavaria Rd and Hwy 18. If you're planning on taking Hwy 5, you have to then take Hwy 41 to Hwy 14, THEN a right on Bavaria Rd. “After turning off Bavaria Road, continue down the driveway, passing the first left toward the white building, our lovely Equestria West. Proceed to the second left, where you will see a blue sign reading ‘Woodland Glasshaus: Event Parking + Venue Entrance.’ Guests may park in the designated white-highlighted area. Handicap-accessible parking is available in the lot, along with a temporary unloading zone for elderly guests - marked by the pink dot. The main paved path leading to the venue entrance can be accessed from the parking lot. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the blue directional signage!” Please Uber/Lyft or drive to the venue. Leaving the venue from 9:30pm–12:30am we will have a SHUTTLE that goes back to HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES Chanhassen — you can take it back and Uber to your home/destination from there.

Can I leave my car overnight at the Woodland Glasshaus?

Answer

Yes, of course! We want to make sure you have a good time and are also being safe. If you do decide to leave your car overnight, you just have to be sure to pick it up before 11 am the following day.

When should we arrive to the venue?

Please arrive at Woodland Glasshaus on Friday, September 19th, by 4:00 p.m. to get seated!

Is the wedding outside?

The ceremony and the reception are both inside, however, there will be a cocktail hour outside on the patio!

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can enjoy a fun night out with us!
