Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you receive a plus one, they will be formally addressed on the invitation you received in the mail. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
As much as we love your little ones, the wedding is exclusively for adults, so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you take this as a chance for a special date night.
Yes! There will be selected drinks available during cocktail hour and the reception.
There will be a bus service running on the day of the wedding if there are enough people who will use the service (please let us know if you plan on using this service when you RSVP). There will be a central pick-up point in Coolangatta at 2:00pm and it will drop you back at this point at the end of the night after the reception. If you are planning to drive home you can park your car at this pick-up and drop-off point and then make your way from there otherwise, you can also catch an UBER/Cab to your accommodation nearby if you are staying the night. If you wish to organise transport to pick you up from the wedding venue please ensure you have organised transport before the day of the wedding, whether that be a designated sober driver or through a transport company. It is recommended that you make a booking in advance with a cab company, as UBER is notoriously unreliable for this wedding venue. Please note the road to and from the wedding venue is a single lane, narrow, winding road that is not well lit at night. Please keep this in mind if you do decide to drive and park at the venue. There is plenty of parking on-site at the venue to the right when you enter.

For the men, please dress in formal wedding attire (i.e., suits) For the ladies, please dress in formal attire (please avoid the colours white & brown to avoid blending in with the bridal party).

The venue is approximately an hour and a half (113km) from the Brisbane CBD. If you choose to stay the night, Tweed Heads and Coolangatta are an 18-minute drive away. There is also some limited accomodation available at Summergroves sister venue Elysian Hills located a short distance from the wedding venue. Elysian offers a complimentary pick up and drop off service to and from Summergrove Estate on the day of the wedding. The room is a studio and sleeps up to 2.
