To the Venue Pick-up Location: Holiday Inn & Express Suites Pick-up Time: 3:15 PM Shuttle Departure: 3:30 PM Arrival at Venue: 4:00 PM Reception Note: Guests will enjoy wine and champagne before the ceremony, which begins at 4:30 PM. Return to Hotels First Pick-up: 10:00 PM at the venue to return to Holiday Inn & Express Suites After Party Shuttle After Party Time at Venue: 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM Shuttle Return: 12:00 AM for guests heading back to the hotels Notes: Two buses will be provided.
