Train

NJ Transit

For anyone coming in from JFK, Newark Airport, or coming in from NYC, you can take a train to Spring Lake. From Penn Station New York, you will board a train to Long Branch and change to get another train to Spring Lake. It's about a 2 hour journey and a ticket costs $40 return trip. We recommend downloading the NJ Transit app to purchase train tickets and view the train schedule.
