Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please let us know your plans by April 15th. **Please write your name on the RSVP card.** We hope we get to celebrate together!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal or Indian attire.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The temperature in Houston typically ranges from Mid 80°F during May. Weather will be determined closer to the wedding date. However, our wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Our wedding will be held at Station 3. 1919 Houston Ave Houston, TX 77007

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around 45 min to an hour. Guests can head to the courtyard where we will be serving finger foods and beverages then can take their seat upstairs.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is on the corner of Spring Street and Houston Ave. You can't miss it, it's he old fire station building. Please use your GPS and drive safe!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 min before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is free parking next door, complimentary to all guests. It is the parking lot with the big number 3.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block. We recommend finding an Airbnb near the venue address. We found this is the most affordable option. However, we have listed a few hotels on the Travel page.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, there is a wheelchair accessible bathroom downstairs and an elevator.
