When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

To help us in our planning process, we ask that you kindly RSVP by July 7th. You can RSVP by using the QR code on the invite or by using the RSVP tab on this website. If you are having any difficulty please reach out. Thank you!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with everyone! But unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as [Your Name] + [Guest] if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Are my kids invited?

Yes! We would love to celebrate with your littles listed on the invites too!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to see our loved ones all dressed up in Cocktail attire for our big day! Please note that our wedding will be held outside and on grass (ladies please avoid heels).

Will I be able to take pictures of your Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during our ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony, we do not want any phones in our photos! Once the ceremony has concluded, feel free to take any photos and videos as you wish.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:15 pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.

Our venue has a large parking lot with plenty of parking free of charge!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a selection of beer, wine, and hard cider and non-alcoholic beverages served for our guests to enjoy on us! Please note outside alcohol is not allowed at our venue, please refrain from bringing your own beverages!! Thank you! Please drink responsibly. There will be a few designated drivers available at the end of the night. Along with access to uber/lyft and a shuttle service for those staying at Northern quest.

Can I smoke at your venue?

This is a smoke free venue. Please do not smoke on the property.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception ends at 10:00 pm. For those that are night owls a group of guest will be getting together at Northern Quest Casino after the reception is over.
