Can I bring a guest?

Question

What should I know about the weather?

Answer

Sarasota in mid-October enjoys warm, pleasant days — high temperatures typically hover around 82–86°F, with humidity that may make things feel a touch warmer. While there’s a chance of occasional showers, the sunshine generally shines through, and evenings are comfortably mild — perfect for gathering and relaxing outdoors.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is encouraged. Think polished, elevated, and evening-ready — more dressed up than semi-formal, but not as strict as black-tie. Tuxes and gowns are encouraged, and suits or cocktail dresses are perfectly suitable.

Question

Are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Please note that both the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will be inside.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue for all guests.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We’re working on organizing transportation from the hotel and will share details soon!
