We had mutual friends in high school, but did not meet until Sam started working at Jimmy John's in Weston, WI. It didn't take long for us to realize we loved each other's company. We had a few dates and soon started dating. We moved in together and the rest is history. We have been together for nine years.

Tyler had spent two weeks in Minnesota for a work trip, and he realized that he couldn't live without Sam in his life. He bought the ring the day he came home. He had the ring for almost an hour before asking Sam to marry him. She got home from work and he was waiting on one knee in the living room for her. She cried and immediately said yes.
