Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

January 1st 2023

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No, we just have a newly wed fund!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

10:30 a.m.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are dressing semi-formal with the intention of changing into more casual attire later in the day. It will be hot, so please bring what makes you comfortable in the heat. *Plan on wearing footwear that can tolerate dry grass. July 1st in Whitethorn is very sunny and dry. It’ll be smart to have an extra pair of outdoor/dancing shoes.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No, unless you see a plus one (+1) on your invite. For any further questions about additional plus ones, please run them by one of us.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! They are more than welcome :) There will be lots of kid-friendly activities throughout the day. Bring Swimsuits!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Refer to the Accommodations page on the website.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! We can make most of our meal options either vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, or vegetarian. We just need to know in advance what food allergies/ insensitivities there are.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available at the property or close to (we'll have individuals directing where to park when you arrive). Please fit four to five individuals in your car when driving to the ceremony to assure all vehicles will fit. *If you don’t feel comfortable driving back to your hotel at night after the wedding we can arrange a ride back to your place.

Question

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will supply a small amount of alcohol. Feel free to bring additional drinks if desired.

Question

Should I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Gifts are not obligatory. We feel that your presence is a gift in it self. If you’d like to get us a gift anyways, we prefer you contribute to our newlywed fund on our website. If you have another gift idea, please run it by us and we’ll be happy to receive it.
