Due to strict capacity limits at our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on your invitation. When you go to RSVP, our system will automatically show the names of the guests included in your party.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, the Bedford Event Center offers free, complimentary on-site parking, featuring both a front and side lot, as well as some street parking across from the venue.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Since the venue is only 1 to 4 miles from our hotel blocks, a quick Uber or Lyft is the easiest way to travel. Rides are very affordable and typically take less than 5-10 minutes. We recommend carpooling with other wedding guests to make the trip even more fun!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an intimate event. Due to capacity, we are only able to accommodate children who are specifically named on the formal invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

Join us in celebrating our heritage! Please feel free to wear Indian or Western formal wear. We encourage you to choose colorful outfits to match the joy of the day; however, to keep with tradition, please avoid wearing solid white and solid red, as those colors carry specific significance in our ceremony.

Will alcohol be served?

Our reception will be a dry celebration in keeping with our religious customs and family wishes. We’ve prepared a fantastic artisanal mocktail bar for everyone to enjoy! For guests who want to keep the festivities moving after our formal reception concludes, our venue's and hotel block's proximity to Manchester means plenty of nearby lounges and bars are just a quick walk or Uber ride away from the venue.
