Matron of Honor
Erica is Sienna's mom and best friend. She is a 4th grade teacher (in other words superhero) who has inspired Sienna with her faith in God, strong work ethic, and endless selflessness. Erica has continuously encouraged Sienna, pushed her to move beyond her comfort zone, and prayed for her all her life. Over the past few years, they have pushed each other to be healthier and more active. Erica and Sienna enjoyed around 5 years together strength training at Planet Fitness - fond memories that they both will always cherish. Sienna wouldn't be the woman she is today without her mom's example and love over the years, and there is no one better suited to be her matron of honor.
Chico Lizarraga
Best Man
Chico is Sammy's older brother and close lifelong friend. Chico has continuously inspired Sammy with his strong work ethic, his drive and motivation, and their shared love of God and baseball - all of which have pushed them closer together over the years. Their Dad, Jim, has always shared stories of Sammy and Chico as kids and how Chico was the only one who could make Sammy laugh. As adults, they have been fortunate enough to work together and share their love of baseball with others. Sammy has always said he feels so blessed to have a brother like Chico and is so excited to have him be his best man.
Kara Long
Bridesmaid
Kara is Sienna's aunt, role model, and lifelong friend. The two of them have stayed very close over the years and have bonded over their shared love for Jesus, family time, and building Lego sets. :) Both Kara and Sienna's birthdays fall in October and they had an ongoing tradition for awhile of celebrating their birthdays together at the Spaghetti Factory. Sienna also has fond memories of watching Kara's daughter, Chloe, when she was little and playing endless amounts of Guitar Hero. Kara has impacted Sienna's life in many ways from influencing her faith to setting an example of being an amazing wife and mom. Sienna admires Kara for her authenticity in all areas of life and is thrilled to have Kara stand with her on her wedding day.
Ethan Compton
Groomsman
Ethan is Sienna's brother (built in lifelong friend) and Sammy's new brother in law. Ethan and Sammy's relationship grew strong as Sammy was in and out of Washington the past few years. They bonded over many nights playing Mario Kart, talking about their faith or political topics, and occasionally sharing some cocktails. Sammy admires Ethan for his strong faith, his protection over Erica and Sienna, and his constant strive to be better. Sammy is honored to have Ethan stand with him on his wedding day and is blessed to be gaining another brother. Sammy and Sienna are both hopeful that Ethan will eventually move to Atlanta. ;)
