How do I get from the Hotel to the Venue?

Answer

If you are staying at our recommended hotels, the venue is about a short 15 minute walk, 6 minutes uber trip, or 10 minute street car ride away. Kansas City has a free street car that runs down Main Street. If you are staying at Hotel Idigo, catch the street car at 12th St. and Main Street - The street car will drop you off conveniently on Main and 18th St (then walk over to the venue at 115 W. 18th St). Kids are welcome - we leave it up to you to decide if you'd like them to attend!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the Ceremony begins (6:00 p.m. CST) in order to be seated.

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Yes, please see our Travel tab for our Hotel block. We also think Air Bnb is a great option. Anything in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Our venue is located in the crossroads district.
